Historic Milestone for D.C. Charter Schools
DC International Staff and Capital City Staff have ratified their first contracts with their schools, joining Mundo Verde Staff as the only unionized charter schools with collective bargaining agreements in Washington, D.C. 
These agreements deliver better pay, fair discipline procedures, and a stronger educator voice—building stability and equity for students and staff alike.
