AFT Book Club: A Conversation with Kamala Harris
The American Federation of Teachers invites you to a special Book Club conversation featuring Kamala Harris, 49th Vice President of the United States, in discussion with AFT President Randi Weingarten.
They will reflect on Harris’s memoir 107 Days, which recounts the pivotal period after President Biden stepped aside, her emergence as the Democratic nominee, and the days leading up to the 2024 election.
Together, they will explore leadership in challenging moments and the essential role educators, healthcare workers, public employees, and higher education professionals play in strengthening our democracy and communities.
